It’s Earth Week at Camarena.  Earth Day is Wednesday, April 22 and we will be celebrating with the Trash to Treasures Art Contest. Students can create art from pieces of trash or recyclables they find around the house. Please bring the art to school by Tuesday, April 21. The art will be on tables in the garden area all day Wednesday and students will vote for their favorites.

Here are some amazing creations made from trash at Sea World.

Will there be an orientation or any information posted regarding Transitional Kindergarten? Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Transitional Kindergarten (TK) is a little different. The first step is you will be notified of your placement directly from the District Office as they coordinate all of the TK programs. We will have an orientation on the first day of school in July and we will provide the details once our roster of students is confirmed by the district office. You can contact Nancy Kerwin 425-9600 X1511 for more details.
